FAQs
If you place your order by 11:00 am and your artwork passes our inspection process, your order will be eligible for same-day printing. In that case, your order will be ready for pickup by 4:30 pm on the same business day.
Before we begin printing, our team reviews your submitted artwork to ensure it meets our production requirements. We check for common issues such as low resolution, missing fonts, incorrect sizing, bleed setup, and color mode. If any adjustments are needed, we’ll contact you as soon as possible. Orders that do not meet our artwork guidelines may be delayed or may not qualify for same-day printing.
If your artwork doesn’t meet our print-ready requirements, we’ll contact you with details and options. You can choose to revise and resubmit your file or request design assistance from our team (additional fees will apply; artwork is billed at $80/hr - minimum charge is $30.00 + HST).
Please note: Same-day turnaround is only guaranteed for print-ready files submitted by 11:00 am. If your file cannot be corrected in time, or you choose not to proceed, your order may be cancelled. In such cases, a full or partial refund will be issued at our discretion, based on the time and resources already used.

At Appletree Printing, we strive to provide excellent service and high-quality prints, even under tight deadlines. Please review our refund policy for same-day printing orders:
Refund Eligibility
Full Refund: If your order is cancelled before any production work begins, you are eligible for a full refund. This includes situations where artwork fails the inspection process, and no production time has been spent.
Partial Refund: If production work has begun (e.g., file setup, printing, or prepress time), a partial refund may be issued, depending on the resources already used. The refund amount will be determined based on the stage of production.
No Refund: No refund will be issued if production has advanced significantly (such as printing being completed) or if the client has approved the artwork after being notified of errors and choosing to proceed. Additionally, refunds will not be granted if the customer fails to respond promptly to requests for artwork revisions or clarification.
Same-Day Printing Orders
Orders eligible for same-day printing must have artwork approved and print-ready by 11:00 am on the day of submission. If artwork does not meet our requirements and cannot be revised in time, or if the client chooses not to pay for artwork revisions, the order may be cancelled with a full or partial refund issued at our discretion.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please contact us immediately upon learning of any issues with your order. We will review the circumstances and determine if you are eligible for a refund based on the above criteria. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.Exceptions
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (such as equipment malfunction or other production issues), we will notify you promptly and provide options for resolution, including a full or partial refund as appropriate.
